From the airport...

From the airport (El Prat), you can either catch the Aerobus (runs every 20 minutes and it costs a little more than 3 €) or the train. Both modes of transport will bring you to ‘Placa Catalunya’. From here you have two options: you can transfer to the green line (L3) and continue on the metro (one stop) to the stop, ‘Liceu’, or you can take the short walk down Las Ramblas. From La Ramblas, turn left into Plaza Real (the main entrance is just past KFC). We are in the bottom right hand corner of the square, next to the restaurant/cervecería, Alex.

If you are overcome with jet lag or simply have the budget to avoid mass transit , give yourself a treat; a wonderful yellow and black taxi will drop you right outside the hostel for about 20 €.
